[edit] How it works

The heating element heats water which this flows over ground coffee as it is forced through a pipe due to the pressure of boiling. When the coffee is made the bimetalic strip turns the machine off.

[edit] Memories

We had 3 for wedding presents in 1964.One was yellow, one was blue and the other had a pattern on and came with jug and basin to match. We had them for years and used them always.I have always used a percolator, they make the best coffee.
